The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has announced several Upcoming Plot Schemes for 2025, aimed at enhancing residential and commercial development near the Noida International Airport. Here are the key details regarding these schemes:

Residential Plot Scheme

1. Launch Date and Registration: The registration for the latest residential plot scheme began on April 21, 2025, and will remain open until May 21, 2025. This scheme is particularly significant as it marks YEIDA’s first offering of residential plots since the recent increase in land rates.

2. Number of Plots: A total of 276 plots, each measuring 200 square meters, are available under this scheme. These plots are strategically located in Sector 18, which is experiencing rapid development due to its proximity to major infrastructure projects like the Noida International Airport.

3. Allotment Process: The allotment of these plots will be conducted through a lucky draw scheduled for July 11, 2025. This process ensures a fair chance for all applicants across different categories.
4. Pricing and Security Deposit: The rate for these residential plots has been set at ₹35,000 per square meter. Applicants from the general category must pay a security deposit of ₹7 lakh, while those from Scheduled Caste (SC) or Scheduled Tribe (ST) categories need to pay ₹3.5 lakh to participate in the draw.

5. Additional Schemes

   In addition to the residential plot scheme, YEIDA plans to introduce various other schemes throughout 2025:

   1. Group Housing Plots: YEIDA will launch approximately 15 group housing plots, ranging from 2.5 acres to 50 acres, aimed at promoting community living.
   2. Commercial and Industrial Plots: There will be around 140 commercial plots available through e-auction, along with 100 industrial plots intended for business setups.
   3. Hotel Plots: A specific scheme for hotel development will also be introduced, with plans for nine hotel plots near the airport.
   4. Future Developments: YEIDA is also working on additional residential plot schemes in other sectors such as Sector 15C and Sector 22D, which are Plots for Sale Sector 151 Noida expected to be launched later in the financial year.
