In fact, Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (Yeida) has launched a new residential plot scheme. This is the first residential plot scheme of the current financial year by Yida. It consists of 276 plots of two hundred square meters.

Which sector has plots and when will there be allocation?

There are 214 plots for general category, 48 for farmer quota and 14 plots for functional industries. All plots will be allotted in Sector 18. The plan will end on May 21 and will be allotted by lottery on 11 July.

According to the information, the 200 square meter plot is located in Pocket 9B of Sector 18 on the banks of Yamuna Expressway. According to officials, the rate has been fixed at Rs 35,000 per square meter, the registration amount for general category is Rs 7 lakh. At the same time, the registration amount for SC/ST has been fixed at three and a half lakh rupees.

Explain that the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (Yeida) has increased the land allocation rates in all categories including corporate and residential places last month. The highest growth was 110% for corporate office locations, followed by 62% for group houses and 35% for residential plots.

Plot scheme will come for industries after long wait

The Yamuna Authority is going to take out the Industrial Plot Scheme after a long wait of one year. The authority will launch the scheme this week. Both increased from eight thousand sqm and both small plots will be included in the scheme. Plots in Yamuna Expressway  Hotels, group housing and commercial plots will also be planned this month. Apart from large industrial plots, allotment of other plots will be done through auction.

This will be the first plan of the authority after the new rates are implemented for the current financial year. This time the authority has increased the allocation rates of property from ten percent to 110 percent. The Yamuna Authority could not find a single industrial plot scheme in the last financial year due to lack of industrial policy and evaluation standards.

When will the plot scheme come for industries?

Entrepreneurs kept waiting for the plot scheme to set up industries. Godrej Plots After receiving the green signal, the authority set the industrial policy in March and set the evaluation standards at the 84th board meeting, approved the policy of auction of plots up to eight thousand sqm and allotment of large plots. This week the authority is taking out a plot scheme for industries.

81 of eight thousand square meters and twenty plot of large size will be included in the scheme. Yida CEO Dr. Arunveer Singh says that apart from industrial plots, nine plots for hotels, fifteen plots for group housing will also be taken out.

Group Housing will include plots ranging from 2.5 acres to 50 acres. Month plan will also come for allocation of institutional and commercial category plots. All other will be allotted on the basis of auction except industrial plots larger than eight thousand sqm.
