इस बारे में जीडीए के उपाध्यक्ष अतुल वत्स ने इंजीनियरिंग और प्लानिंग टीम के साथ बैठक कर योजना का ले-आउट तैयार करने और जल्द काम शुरू करने के निर्देश दे दिए हैं. उन्होंने बताया कि इसका उद्देश्य इंदिरापुरम जैसे एक और सुव्यवस्थित शहर को बसाना और लोगों को किफायती आवास उपलब्ध कराना है. उम्मीद जताई जा रही है कि इसे लेकर जल्द ही बड़ा अपडेट आ सकता है.

तीन हिस्सों में बंटी है योजना

इस योजना के पहले फेज में 39 हेक्टेयर जमीन पर निर्माण कार्य होगा क्योंकि इस जमीन पर कोई भी विवाद नहीं है. इसके बाद 12 हेक्टेयर जमीन जो पहले ही आवंटित की जा चुकी है, इसका लेआउट फाइनल किया जा रहा है. तीसरे फेज में 42 हेक्टेयर जमीन पर कुछ विवाद हैं, जिन्हें कानूनी प्रक्रिया से सुलझाया जाएगा.

मिलेंगे सस्ते प्लॉट्स

इंदिरापुरम और उसके आसपास प्रॉपर्टी की कीमतें पिछले कुछ वर्षों में काफी बढ़ी हैं. ऐसे में यह नई योजना मध्यमवर्गीय परिवारों के लिए सस्ते दरों पर घर और प्लॉट पाने का मौका साबित होगी. जीडीए ने बताया कि शुरुआती चरण में प्लॉट्स की कीमतें आम लोगों की पहुंच में रखी जाएंगी ताकि अधिक से अधिक परिवार अपने घर का सपना पूरा कर सकें.
