जागरण संवाददाता, ग्रेटर नोएडा। यमुना प्राधिकरण की छह अप्रैल को लांच आवासीय भूखंड याेजना में 105842 लोगों ने आवेदन किया है। 973 भूखंड के सापेक्ष औसतन 108 दावेदार हैं। आवेदकोंं की किस्मत का फैसला 18 जून को लाटरी से होगा। प्राधिकरण के खाते में 10 प्रतिशत पंजीकरण राशि से 6848 करोड़ से अधिक रकम पहुंची है, जबकि ब्रोशर से प्राधिकरण को 7.69 करोड़ की कमाई हुई है।
यमुना प्राधिकरण ने भूखंड योजना छह मई को समाप्त हो चुकी है। 200 वर्गमीटर श्रेणी के भूखंड के लिए सबसे अधिक 55583 लोगों ने आवेदन किया है, जबकि 162 वर्गमीटर श्रेणी में 46912 लोगों ने अपनी किस्मत आजमाई है। दोनोंं ही श्रेणी में भूखंडों की संख्या सबसे अधिक है।

YEIDA Plot Scheme 2024 अगर आप नोएडा इंटरनेशनल एयरपोर्ट के पास आशियाना बनाने की सोच रहे हैं तो यह जानकारी आपके काम की है। दरअसल Yamuna Authority नई आवासीय प्लॉट योजना लाने जा रही है। यह योजना अगले महीने लॉन्च हो सकती है। इसके साथ ही सेक्टर 18 में आवासीय प्लॉट योजना आएगी। इससे पहले यमुना प्राधिकरण ने पांच जुलाई को 361 आवासीय प्लॉट की योजना निकाली थी।
YEIDA Plot Scheme 2024 : जमीन पुनर्ग्रहण के फेर में फंसी यमुना प्राधिकरण (Yamuna Authority Plots) की आवासीय प्लॉट योजना का रास्ता साफ हो गया है।
मेरठ मंडलायुक्त सेल्वा कुमारी जे. ने जमीन के पुनर्ग्रहण को स्वीकृति दे दी है। आवासीय प्लॉट योजना लॉन्च होने से पहले इसका उत्तर प्रदेश भू संपदा विनियामक प्राधिकरण में पंजीकरण कराया जाएगा। अगले माह तक आवासीय प्लॉट योजना लॉन्च होने की उम्मीद है।
जुलाई में निकाली थी 361 प्लॉट की योजना
यमुना प्राधिकरण ने पांच जुलाई को 361 आवासीय प्लॉट की योजना निकाली थी, इस योजना में प्लॉटों की संख्या बढ़ाने के लिए प्राधिकरण ने सेक्टर 24 में प्रस्तावित प्लॉट के लिए पंजीकरण का आवेदन रेरा में किया था।
लेकिन रेरा ने प्राधिकरण से यह कहते हुए पंजीकरण करने से इनकार कर दिया था कि जिस जमीन पर प्लॉट योजना प्रस्तावित है, वह जमीन यमुना प्राधिकरण के नाम पर दर्ज नहीं है। इसलिए प्राधिकरण की 23 अगस्त को समाप्त हुई आवासीय योजना में प्लॉटों की संख्या नहीं बढ़ सकी।
मंडलायुक्त ने 110 एकड़ जमीन के पुनर्ग्रहण को दी स्वीकृति
रेरा के जवाब के बाद प्राधिकरण ने जमीन के पुनर्ग्रहण का प्रस्ताव मंडलायुक्त को भेजा था। यमुना प्राधिकरण के मुख्य कार्यपालक अधिकारी डॉ. अरुणवीर सिंह का कहना है कि मंडलायुक्त ने 110 एकड़ जमीन के पुनर्ग्रहण के प्रस्ताव को स्वीकृति दे दी है। जिला प्रशासन से इसकी सूचना जारी होने के बाद रेरा में पूर्व में पंजीकरण के लिए दिए गए आवेदन के संबंध में इस जानकारी को शामिल कर दिया जाएगा।
रेरा पंजीकरण के बाद निकाली जाएगी प्लॉट योजना
रेरा पंजीकरण के बाद अगले माह तक नई आवासीय प्लॉट योजना निकाली जाएगी। ज्ञात हो कि ग्राम समाज की जमीन को प्राधिकरण पुनर्ग्रहण करता है, इसके बाद ही प्राधिकरण यह जमीन अपनी परियोजनाओं में उपयोग करता है, लेकिन पूर्व में शासन ने शासनादेश जारी कर ग्राम समाज की जमीन के प्रबंधन का अधिकारी प्राधिकरणों को सौंप दिया था।
सेक्टर 18 में शामिल पारसौल गांव की जमीन के अधिग्रहण को लेकर न्यायालय में विवाद सुलझने के बाद प्राधिकरण इस जमीन पर भी प्लॉट योजना निकालेगा।
लोगों की जरूरत एवं क्रय क्षमता को ध्यान में रखते हुए 120 वर्गमीटर से छोटे आकार के प्लॉट भी योजना में शामिल होंगे। इस जमीन पर 2009 में आवंटित प्लॉट प्रस्तावित थे, लेकिन जमीनी विवाद के बाद प्राधिकरण ने उन्हें दूसरी जगह स्थानांतरित कर दिया था।

YEIDA ने जिन लोगों को प्लॉट अलॉट किए है वह किस्तों में पैसे जमा करना शुरू कर देंगे। लेकिन जिन लोगों को प्लॉट नहीं मिले हैं वह अपना जमा किया पैसा वापस मांग रहे हैं। मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक, YEIDA रिफंड का काम 72 घंटे में शुरू कर देगा। हालांकि अब तक 72 घंटे से ज्यादा हो गए हैं, लेकिन प्राधिकरण ने अभी तक कोई अपडेट नहीं दिया है। कहा जा रहा है कि जल्द ही रिफंड आवेदकों के खाते में भेज दिया जाएगा।
लॉटरी का आयोजन
10 अक्टूबर को YEIDA ने इंडिया एक्सपो सेंटर एंड मार्ट में प्लॉट आवंटन का आयोजन किया। जहां 1877 आवेदक भी मौजूद थे। इस दौरान सभी के नाम की पर्चियां कांच के डिब्बे में रखी गईं। इन बॉक्स से पर्चियां निकालकर लाभार्थी को मंच पर बुलाया गया। लाइव के दौरान कई बार अधिकारियों को भीड़ संभालना मुश्किल हो रहा था, क्योंकि लोग प्लॉट के भुगतान को लेकर शिकायत कर रहे थे।
लाभार्थी कैसे चेक करें अपना नाम?
