YEIDA Residential Plot Scheme
The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has recently launched a residential plot scheme aimed at individuals interested in purchasing plots for building homes near the upcoming Noida International Airport. This initiative is particularly significant as it marks the first time YEIDA has introduced such a scheme since increasing land rates from ₹24,000 per square meter to ₹35,000 per square meter.

Key Details of the Scheme
Under this new scheme, YEIDA is offering 276 plots, each measuring 200 square meters. The allotment process will be conducted through a lucky draw system, which adds an element of chance for applicants. The registration period for interested buyers began on April 21, 2025, and will continue until May 21, 2025. The lucky draw to determine successful applicants is scheduled for July 11, 2025.

Categories and Pricing Structure
The plots are categorized into different groups:
- General Category: 214 plots (77.5%)
- Farmers Category: 48 plots (17.5%), reserved for farmers whose lands have been acquired for development.
- Functional Industrial Units Category: 14 plots (5%).
The pricing for these residential plots is set at ₹35,000 per square meter, leading to a total cost of ₹7 million (₹7,000,000) for each plot. To participate in the lucky draw:
- General category applicants must pay a registration fee of ₹7 lakh.
- Scheduled caste (SC) or scheduled tribe (ST) applicants are required to pay a reduced fee of ₹3.5 lakh.
Application Process
Yamuna Authority Plots Interested applicants can apply online through the official YEIDA website. The application form can be obtained by making an online payment of ₹600 via net banking. It is essential that all required documents accompany the completed application form when submitted.
Plots for Sale in Sector 151 Noida Successful applicants will be required to complete construction on their plots within three years from the date of executing the lease deed; extensions may be granted upon payment of applicable charges if construction is not completed within this timeframe.
